Therapy

gateways is dedicated to ensuring that every student has access to essential therapy services. With an understanding that some students may face challenges in accessing therapy through other means, gateways is committed to filling that crucial gap and recognises the barriers that causes the lack of therapy available elsewhere, such as limited availability, financial constraints, or a shortage of suitable resources.

There are a range of therapeutic options available, including psychotherapy and art therapy. The gateways offering is a comprehensive approach to mental health support and an integral and invaluable component to student life at gateways.

Art therapy allows students to express their thoughts, emotions and experiences through creative and therapeutic outlets. This unique approach empowers individuals to explore their inner selves, foster self-awareness, and promote healing in a way that traditional therapy alone cannot.

gateways aim is to break down barriers by making therapy services readily available to all students, ensuring that no one is left without the support they require.

I wanted to say how grateful I am for everything you have done for me over the last 2 years. I came to you broken and now I feel that I can achieve anything. Thanks to the amazing teachers and therapy, I am a different person.

Thank you will never be enough. I never thought that someone like me could get an education, but you have made these dreams come true.
