How it works
Allergen information:
All goods are produced in a facility that handles Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame.
All bread/baguette products contain Sesame.
All items list allergens on product labels.
If you require specific allergen information before purchase, please email Jemma at Gateways, who will obtain the further details from Munch ‘N’ Crunch.
How to Order:
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Order Deadlines

All lunch orders are for next‑day delivery

Orders will only be processed if they are placed between midnight and 2pm the day before

The strict cut‑off time is 2pm. Any order submitted after 2pm cannot be processed

Monday lunches must be ordered by 2pm on Friday, as we cannot accept weekend orders
Delivery & Collection

Munch ‘n’ Crunch will deliver all lunches by 12pm

Students should collect their lunch from Reception
Important Information

Due to the bespoke nature of this service, orders are non‑refundable and cannot be changed once payment has been made

If your child is absent on the day their lunch is ordered, the food will not go to waste – there are always hungry students around
