14–16-year-olds – Who struggle to attend mainstream education and have been absent for 15 days or more (these may be non-consecutive) in an academic year due to their diagnosed mental health condition. Some young people may have stopped attending school or college altogether.
18–25-year-olds – Who have been disengaged from education and are struggling to overcome social, emotional, and/or mental health challenges in order to progress in their lives.
