Last night we celebrated one of the most special events in the Gateways calendar, our annual graduation ceremony.
It was an incredible evening where students came together to be recognised for their hard work, resilience and achievements. We are so proud of every single one of them. Over 30 students graduated this year and received their qualifications a milestone that represents determination, growth, and belief in what’s possible.
At Gateways, we work with young people who want an education but often face significant challenges along the way. Many of our students have overcome hurdles that most never have to face. That’s why nights like this matter so much.
It’s a chance to celebrate them and to recognise the parents, carers and supporters who walk alongside them every step of the way.
Well done to all our graduates. Your success is well earned, and we couldn’t be prouder.
A personal highlight of the evening was welcoming back one of our alumni, Ben Chalk. Benjy was a Gateways’ student over 10 years ago and now runs his own construction & development company employing teams of people. He is a true inspiration to our young people and a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved with the right support and an unshakeable drive.
