Volunteer declaration

By signing this document, I confirm that I have read and understood, accept, and agree to work in accordance with Gateways’ Volunteer Handbook & Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Agreement, complying with the expectations.

• I acknowledge my responsibility to protect people who use our services.
• I understand and agree to the contents as laid out in the Volunteer Handbook & Code of Conduct.
• I also accept that failure to carry out my volunteer role according to this Code of Conduct may result in suspension pending investigation or being asked to leave my volunteer role at Gateways.
